Influenced by the work of Merry Alpern and Andy Warhol. I adopted the idea of being nonchalant while being filmed. I took on the concept of watching someone do a mundane task. I have chosen to do my hair in these videos.

The video has been over exposed. I feel this adds authenticity. I think it sets off the idea of surveillance. I was also influenced by artists from the 60's, and I felt that high quality images and videos would be out of place.
